4. AI Tools & Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you generate. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Prohibited Usage

You may not use our platform to:

6. User Content & Explore Feed

6.1 Public Content

If you choose to share your AI-generated content on our Explore feed, you acknowledge that:

• Other users may view, like, and comment on your content.
• We may feature your content in promotional materials.
• You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.

6.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines. We are not responsible for user-generated content but will take action against violations when reported.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in our platform (excluding user-generated content) remain our exclusive property.

7.2 Third-Party Rights

You agree not to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from user-generated content.
